My first stage performance was a dance for our school’s annual function. My teachers scolded me for being so petrified on stage and asking me to look at the audience while performing during practice. I somehow managed to appear on stage on the final day and swore I would never go back on stage. Ever!

Looking back to that day today, I realize anyone can overcome this fear when they decide to do so. We just need to learn how to manage the mind!

Today when I walk up to the stage, and the audience cheers for me, claps and queues up after the session, my heart fills with gratitude for being able to make a difference.
